The Jeungpyeong Ginseng and MBC Chungbuk National Mountain Biking Competition has been contributing to the increase in the cyclist population, thereby promoting the fitness of citizens, and the creation of a healthy and sound society by reducing environmental pollution, energy consumption and traffic congestion.
The aim is to establish cycling, which is regarded as a recreational sport by the public, as a “national everyday sport” by highlighting the fact that it can be enjoyed by both genders and people of all ages, and as a “family sport” by encouraging people to participate in the festival with their families.
